just use the default vodafone setting as default web and vodafone live! As access point
here is a Opera and UC handler

Opmin 7.031438 HandlerUI.jar
UC Browser 8.60 Universal HandlerUI.jar
after downloading open these handler and put front queries as

10.11.233.29@

and scroll down put proxy type as real host but let the proxy server empty and then run your application

IF YOU HAVE OPERA And UC HANDLER You DONT NEED TO DOWNLOAD THOSE OPERA AND UC I REPET

this is working in UC better than OPERA
